  " Excellent system. BUT on our return - late at night - we were unable to find our car. The key label was unreadable and when we asked for assistance the only way that the attendant was able to find the car was by using the remote key and looking for the flash of lights. "

  " I love the easy system you have. Book on the internet. Scan the barcode that is emailed to you, drop your key in the box. Catch the bus to the airport! On your return. Get bus from airport. Scan your barcode. Pick up key. Off home.
  My only concern is keeping your ticket in a safe place while on holiday for two weeks!

  " It worked really well and smoothly until trying to leave. The blue tag refused to be read at the gate and pressing the call button gained no response after three separate calls. Eventually, the gate opened. I don't know if it was released by someone or that the barcode reader finally worked. I did confirm that the bar code was presented the right way up and the right way round. "
