  " Excellent experience. We parked up as instructed, walked to the nearest bus stop which took all of 30 seconds. The transfer bus was already there and waiting for us, thank you. The bus was clean, comfortable and had plenty of room for luggage. The transfer took minutes, great start to the trip. On our return, the process worked perfectly. The airparks staff deserve a mention, efficient and cheerful. Will absolutely use again. "

  " Parking and transfer went well. However, had to wait in the wind and rain until the bus arrived. Could do with a bus shelter in the RED area of the car park. "

  " Really disappointed that there was no bus so we had to walk to the airport terminal and back again. This change was not made clear when we booked as there has been a bus to Luton mid stay when we have used it previously. "

  " The service was very smooth when we arrived to drop our car off and take the bus to the airport. However, when we came back we rang the number on the card we were given and the automated message said that no one was able to help and the hung up. This was quite upsetting when you just want to get home. We were almost going to ring a taxi to take us to our car but after about 5 attempts we finally got through to a human being who said a bus would arrive in 15 minutes and that the office was short staffed which was why no one answered. Therefore for we were very disappointed with the service on arrival home. "
