  " Easy to turn up show my ticket id, easy direction to parking spot by friendly staff. You do need to keep the ticket so u can get your car out and get on bus which could be easy to misplace but I took photo, why can't I use the email like on entry for return bus and exit. Bus was clean and arrived up 15 mins after call in the middle of night, u have to call when u arrive at bustop. In general I would use again as pretty convenient "

  " The process went smoothly but the slight issue we had was on returning to the car in the dark had problems locating the exit lane. Needs more lighting and signs. We found the pot holes were an extra hazard "

  " Check in was easy and the bus to the terminal left within 5 mins. But as others have pointed out pick up on return a big group of us waited over 30 minutes for a bus. Not sure I would bother again unless there are improvements. Why cant they say a bus will be every 15mins or have some sort of timetable rather than a piece of paper with call this number? "
