  " Service was so simple to use. On site staff were really helpful. Took out the stress of getting to and from the airport. Only comment I have on improvement is the space in the bus waiting area. Can get very cramped and no queuing order. "

  Experienced problems with scanner on arrival. Thought it was me as system has changed since last visit but this was not the case.
  On return there were more peoblems with key retrieval scanner. No one close at hand to help so queue built up. Attendant arrived abd had to unlock machine and then couldn't find my key.Others had similar experience.
  In past everything was much smoother and less frustrating. "

  However the signage around the airport was dreadful.
  I got in the wrong lane, so ended up in a queue for the pick up/ drop off for £3.00 before I even got to the multi storey.
  Lack of signs once parked to the direction of the terminal.
  No discounts and in fact the cost increased from £95 to £145 by booking 1 week before for a 6 day stay "

  " Directions were misleading. Congested drop-off area. No friendly customer greeting at service desk - in fact we felt we were an inconvenience! However, the drivers were friendly and very efficient and the transfer vehicle was waiting on our return and our car was in position for a quick get-away. "

  " Very straightforward. No need to call prior to arrival. Just drive to priority parking on 2nd floor of multi-storey car park and walk to terminal. "
