  " Didn't take long to get to Departures once the bus arrived, however the first bus was full and drove past our stop. It was difficult finding a parking space too so allow plenty of time.
  For the return, we were unfortunate to get to the stop during a shift change - a 30 minute wait while the new driver arrived and did an incredibly thorough check of the bus, inside and out. No kidding, it was like pre-flight checks in triplicate. He was also completely miserable.
  Our return flight was delayed by 2.5 hours but we had no problem getting out of the car park, which was a relief. "

  " Really easy, drive in park in layby no need to find a space. drop key and go get the bus to airport.
  Coming home, easy to locate pick up point, not too long a wait. pick key up and go.
  My only complaint was that the barcode in the email would not work and when we returned the wrong arrival date in your system meant we had to go back to reception. As i was with two young children this was bit of pain.
  But the gentleman that helped was very friendly and helpfull. "
