  " When I book online I give my return flight details. Then when I come to self service machine at your car park I have to enter the details again. Why? What's the point to ask me for it when booking online, and then ask again at the car park? Self service machines very slow or have to touch the screen many times to make the on screen button work or have to hit it very hard to make it work. Rude member of staff this time, its not my fault your self service machines are slow or not working as they should. Been using you many times, but now will consider other car park. Waiting time for bus is longer and longer. "

The experience I have received with Airpark Luton has been 2nd to none and I will definitely use them again as this was my first time using such services. Great idea for a car park service. "

  " The service was efficient and it was easy to find the drop off point. However, I dropped the car off in a spotless condition and when I collected my car it was covered in mud and there was even mud on the inside door trim and car mats. I’m not happy that I now have to have my car cleaned. "
