  " we booked with airparks but at the end of the directions to the car park is a very large sign saying THIS IS APCOA NOT AIRPARKS ,we then spent 10 minutes looking elsewhere for the carpark and eventually realised the sign was not right .very confusing and stressful .on return from holiday we stood at the gate and the bus driver reversed away not even acknowledging we were there and had to wait 20 mins for next bus ,very rude driver "

  Just one thing, there’s always something, on returning to red zone to collect key, you have to be quick on which box has light up, only gives you a few seconds,before you have to scan your ticket again.

  Much better than the Long Term parking experience which we use once when we couldn’t get in at the SRun. "

  " The ease of pick on return from my holiday. When you just want to be on your way this was so so simple to use. I did have 2 scratches on my car that were not there when I left it and the little fob on my car key had a diagram to note existing damage but this had not been completed so I’d like to see this done so any damage made during the parking period can be reported. "
