  " It was almost okay no one informed us the car park we booked was closed.
  We were directed to another car park where we had to leave the keys, while in the reserved car park the keys were to be left with us.
  The new car park was fine and everything went smooth and fast. "

  " On return was given vague instruction where to find my car. "Its on the road" being pointed in a general direction. After searching for 10 mins and asking 2 others, I returned to the office and asked exactly where. At this point a guy said he'd find it heading off in the opposite direction to where everyone had told me.

  " Arrived in the daytime easy to follow the signs at the carpark. Only downside was the poor lighting on our return to collect our car. Better lighting is a must. "

  " The phone in the airport was difficult to find, a police woman gave us help to find it and to use it. The automated phone call did not confirm that my vocal instructions were understood so that was very concerning. "

  Outbound was fine with little wait for transport to the airport. Returning we had to wait (along with eight other people) for the bus.

  " Not very good. Only one person on duty at flying scot on both arrival and departure. Poor staff were completely stressed with having to deal with everyone. Some customers pretty close to missing flights as customers were arriving constantly. The members of staff on duty were excellent its management who are at fault. "
