  " Couldntsupply ifficial ticket on arrival so stopped at customer services before returning to car. Was told to go to car and press for assistance at barrier where matter was resolved. First time there was a hitch. Had wanted car park 2 only to be toldhad upgrade to 1. 1 is not an upgrade, further from terminal. I would have been happier to be told the truth that carpark 2 was reduced capacity due to refurb works. "

  " Very easy to park, guys in area very helpful. Due to renovations being done, information was sent with directions to another parking area and all went smoothly.
  Only hiccup was trying to exit they were looking for payment again, but after a quick word with the attendant all was sorted and we went happily on our way.
  Would highly recommend. "

  " I arrived at my designated car park but had to ring through to get access to parking. Once in I had to park outside in the pouring rain as the covered areas were roped off. Apart from that, I had no other issues. Part of my booking was for me to get £10 travel money, which I still haven’t received. I claimed my Caxton card and loaded money onto it, but have not had the free £10 yet! "

  " When we arrived the car park said full so this confused us as to whether there was a space for us. It would have helped it perhaps there was a note to say 'unless booked'. After going round the block, we decided on seeing space to just enter.
  It was a terrible day and the machine wouldn't issue a ticket which on the website it stressed we had, then tbh we couldn't get an answer from the office when we pressed the help button. All in all this added to our stress levels. After the fourth attempt someone answered ad lifted the barrier.
  On our return we explained the situation to the person and duty and he lifted the barrier. "

  " I booked online and felt the instructions for parking were poor to be honest. A clear map showing which carpark I was to go to would have taken the guess work out of it and an explanation that when you arrive you'll be issued a ticket would have helped. When arriving at the carpark the camera did not recognise my number plate which made me wonder if I was in the right place and having prepaid the ticket also made me wonder if I was doing the right thing. I downloaded the app-no info- and of course no staff to ask. Got there eventually but after wasting precious time trying to find someone to ask. "

  " Everything went smooth from start to finish. Only 2 other people in minibus on the way to the airport. On the way back there was 15 people waiting so I was happy when they sent bigger bus instead of minibus and all of us could get on and nobody was left behind to wait in freezing weather! "

  " Went ok in the end. The written directions to the car park at Glasgow were correct but didn't entirely agree with the signs, which cause some confusion. Entry barrier didn't rise and I contacted the attendant, who confirmed the booking and cause a second, pre-paid ticket to come out. On returning, leaving the car park went OK. "

  " Decent to deal with when flights changed, however when Government advice changed and we returned 12 days early there was no compassion and a refund was flatly refused, very disappointed. "
