  " only down side was on return left to walk to car in the rain after being told "that's it" at the car park gate, then the bus drove past us to turn. car was sitting in 3 inches of water.. but apart from that good drop off and pick up service .. happy days. "

  " It was very reassuring to turn up and the machine recognised who I was. I was told a space to park in but someone was already in that space! That was worrying but I went to reception and was told to just pick another space so that was a bit strange. Picked a better space anyway and the bus driver was ready and waiting. They were very good at communicating what to do on return and when I went out to the stop when I came back, the driver knew my name so it was overall very good. "

  " i have vascular issues and upon arrival i was told to park at the other end of the carpark, the walk really did hurt me, then on our return the driver parked next to roadside puddles outside the airport terminal and pulled our bags through them, that really upset me, then on the return to the carpark from the airport the trailer he was pulling for the luggage rattled and banged all the way back, overall not a good experience. "

  " Very efficient going to the car park however a bit disorganised on return, I couldn't find my booking in my luggage, eventually got it and when I phoned it was an automated message, giving a street name within Glasgow Airport, Direct Park and Airparks and all the other names are owned by the same company, how was I to know that? And once st the car park, just dropped off with no reminder where my car was parked! "
