  Our return flight was diverted and we were bussed in.....I rang for pick up and selected option 2 but nobody came.....after 1/2 hour when we were only people left rang again...did not select an option and spoke direct to a human...finally picked up at hrs after min wait. "

  " New system of allocated parking bay doesn't work at all well. The individual bays are poorly defined, and not easy to see, especially in the dark. The slot we were allocated had a dip in the gravel with a resultant puddle and substantial amount of mud. Not very easy to remove / load cases to the car. Secondly, the adjacent car encroached on our space, making parking in the allocated bay impossible. All in all, not very satisfactory. "
