  " Very good. Only tiny issue is that barrier didn't lift as we approached car park - possibly because we were early. This wasn't a problem as we pressed the call button on the barrier, the phone was answered quickly and the barrier was raised. "

  " Booking, payment, entry and exit were all really straightforward. And being able to amend your booking up to the date of the booking is brilliant. The service now is so much improved on how it used to be, especially the registration plate recognition, it makes entry and exit a lot easier. I was very impressed. "

  " A few minutes walk which was great. However, only a few lights in the whole of the car park were working when I arrived back at night. It was extremely dark & a bit scary being a woman on my own. "

  " When we arrived at 05am the barrier had ceased to work and there was a queue of cars trying to access the car park. A maintenance man turned up but was unable to rectify. Eventually he managed to raise the barrier and allowed the cars access. On our return a month later the anpr did not raise the barrier. I used the intercom and he told me I should have collected a disc on the way in. Aftter I explained what happened he allowed us to leave. Not a smooth experience!! "

  " Car park easy to find but couldn't get onto it. Had to reverse and try again to see if barrier would raise and it didn't! Ended up pressing button but no one to talk to so was given a token. On return couldn't exit. Pressed button to talk to someone who i think we woke up! Eventually lifted barrier for us. "

  " Ok, but the long stay 2 is quite far away if it’s cold weather and no buses running at night.. the roads are very rough to drag your suitcase over.. bizarrely enough 3 is nearer and less money.. I would walk there in future "

  " really annoyed that meet and greet not available. Parking is expensive considering it is a do it yourself operation. Badly lit and very poorly signposted walkways-very confusing at night and a long way to drag cases considering mid stay 1 was supposed to be "close to terminal" "
