  " Jet park 2 closed then reopened , well informed about changes but had to use intercom to get in to park. Numberplate recognition did not work but only 5 min wait for assistance. Departure was easy using token. Pick up bus not well marked for parks it served , looked like a service bus. "

  " Barrier wouldn't let us in so got a token, hardly any spaces, some cars parked randomly. Really bad time on return to car park. Bus was really small, not much room for luggage and driver kept letting more and more people on, very hot and claustrophobic, not a good experience "

  " Car parking was easy and efficient. However the return bus transfer was not. The guy on the bus was obviously having a bad day and was miserable and unhelpful. There were lots of passengers asking about the stops as they were not sure, he was sarcastic and didn’t give any answers. "

  " Not very well. We booked JetParks1 for 4th to 11th May which was confirmed on 9th April. On 27th April we received an email stating that JetParks1 was currently not open so we were being moved to Long Stay 1. Email had full direction instructions so on 4th May we drove to Long Stay 1 only to be told that we should not be there and that this email should not have been sent out and we should go to JetParks1 ? We had to get vehicles behind us to reverse so we could reverse out from the barriers. It was fortunate we had left enough time to spare otherwise we could have missed our flight. Not good enough - the attendant said oh those emails should not have been sent out ! Very helpful NOT ! "
