  " The parking experience was fine from start of booking to arriving home again a week later.
  The only single down point as in many car parks in the UK the spaces are so small and cars are now being built bigger and bigger but spaces remain SMALL. "

  " you changed our booking to a car park further form the airport 24 hours before departure. Then on our return we were charged £20 because the Airbridge wasn't working at our departure airport and no one could board the plane for 45 mins creating a delay! "

  " We used the mid-stay parking at EMA from the 23rd September to the 7th October 21. It was easy to find, and despite the car park being probably around 80% full when we arrived, we found a space without any problems? The only negatives being is that it's not very well lit, we got there at 5am and it was a little difficult navigating the car park due to the fact that it was hard knowing which direction to drive with it being what looked like a one way system which brings us to the other negative, the painted arrows and the parking bay white lines need repainting badly, we came face to face with another car whilst trying to find a space as we'd gone the wrong way down the one way system simply because the road markings had faded to the point that they were almost invisible! It's probably a difficult job to do when the car park is full, but please repaint the road markings and parking bays, it would make life a lot easier when trying to find a space in the dark early hours? Other than that, very pleased with it, the barriers worked fine on arrival and departure, and we've already booked for next year! "
