We just had to arrive at the designated car park, drive up to the barrier which opened straight away parked the car and walked the short walk to the terminal. When arriving back it was just as easy!   " Straight forward booking online. With lots of subsequent airport delays it was great to then get a message to say it was okay to arrive and park slightly early. Easy access at barriers upon entry. Transfer service to airport fine. Upon return transfer back to car park the bus was too overcrowded. Exiting car park was easy but the sign after exit to indicate to turn right was partly damaged are not that obvious. With the airports cctv and strict no stopping rules etc. This could lead to drivers being fined for missing the turn and stopping to turn around which could be avoided as it would spoil what had been a good holiday. As the airport exit from the car park means having to turn right (ahead is a dead end) the signing needs to be much clearer. If people get penalised for missing the turn it may result in them not using that car park again in future. "

  " Easy access to Short Stay 3, and had a choice a spaces nearby when we entered. Exit was just as easy, and the beauty was the addition time that was allowed both ways so we did not have to worry about the time. "

  " Easy booking service with great confirmation communications. Upon arrival the barrier opened with car registration recognition. Plenty of car parking spaces. Upon exit again the barrier opened with car registration recognition with no issues at all. Overall a great end to end service. "
