  " Fairly easy to book online. When we arrived at the car park, the barrier let us through automatically(no ticket) and we just drove in parked the car. On our return checked at the car park counter and told to just drive up to the barrier (no ticket needed), the bus dropped us off right next to the row we were parked in and we just drove out as the barrier raised automatically. "

  " The Staff were helpful and friendly but if you need special assistance at Cardiff Airport the disabled parking bays are situated quite a distance from the entrance to the airport making it difficult for anyone with mobility problems. "
