  " having used airparks 8 times last year ,this being the 9th,i think you should have informed me that the barrier no longer realises registration of car at second barrier,that you now have to take a ticket...this would have caused a lot less grief..people think we ve paid for car parking and when we arrive ,have to take ticket and it says on barrier how much a day it cost.i d like to know if its cheaper just to pay daily or book online.it would have been cheaperif i d taken ticketand not booked online..advertised at 3.50 a day,i paid over 50 pounds.also,i think airparks should have a policy to get passengers from terminal to car easier..the bus is a long walk from terminal,especially for people like myself and partner..who have walking difficulties..we get special assistance to get to plane but not to get back to car.very disappointed by that service.we should ,being blue badge holders,be able to leave our cars in disability parking spaces nearer the airport and be given help with luggage to get to our cars..this is not taken into account,and booking online offers no choice. "
