  " The ease of booking, parking, and the parking conditions themselves. However, when my flight times were altered by two hours several weeks prior to departure, I spoke to one of your representatives who assured me that there would be no need to adjust the agreed times. Unfortunately, the return trip was further delayed by an extra hour due to a passenger having to be unloaded because of ill health. On arrival back in the country, I was forced to pay extra £5.00 to remove my vehicle ... it was not the amount, but more the principle of the situation, and the lack of understanding and goodwill from your operatives at the airport. I have agreed that you can publish this response, but would be extremely surprised if you actually do. "

  " The car park at Cardiff airport is so convenient. We used the long stay which is walkable distance from departures but the shuttle bus arrived at exactly the right time so we got on that instead. The driver was helpful and friendly and we got to the terminal building really quickly. On the way back, I needed help with my ticket and the member of staff I spoke to was really approachable, knowledgeable and very efficient. I'd definitely recommend this car park to anyone flying from Cardiff. "
