  " Whilst I would mark staff & computer booking higher, my mark of 8 is because I wonder why park 1 at Cardiff is more expensive. For a pensioner by herself with laden trolley, getting uphill to the terminal is very difficult, returning home and going downhill is nearly as bad when you are tired after travelling. Park 2 appears to be all on the flat & no further.
  Further comment, on original arrival barrier wouldn't go up, problem caused by O & 0, on my booking, my reg.no. has an O. Sorted out whilst standing at barrier in a panic with pleasantness, just wish my asking for help was answered more quickly, just glad it wasn't raining!! Do you have parking slots for people with physical difficulties in park 2 not too far from the terminal? Perhaps I missed something when booking? "

  " Having paid in advance was surprised that I could not enter the car park without getting a ticket, even though it stated that I did not need to on arrival, as the camera would recognise my vehicle registration and it would be all done automatically, I even had problems leaving, had to get some assistance as I could not get out without having a ticket even though I had paid in advance...... "

  " the signs you gave were clear and almost precise!! I, and my friends who were also driving to Cardiff airport on the same day, but from different directions felt the same - but none of us were able to find Port Road!! but we still arrived safely. It was so easy to pay in advance, and not have to bother with finding either cash or a credit/debit card on the day - well done "
