  " Made an error on the online booking in that I somehow managed to input the time of my arrival to the car park as being some 3 hours after the flight was due to leave ! Since the flight details are input into your system is there not some way and advisory message could be displayed asking to recheck on such an occasion ? Call centre staff and service desk attendant on return home were excellent in sorting problem out. Both friendly & helpful. "

  " I gave a 6 because it's convenient. I was unimpressed with the massive chippings i had to park on and the fact that these chippings were strewn across the road making it difficult to walk, carry luggage and push a trolley. "
