  " booking the car parking quick and easy and the cost for two weeks parking reasonable. although i know how to find the airport the information for directions was very good. personally could not suggest any improvement as the whole experience was faultless. "

  " Arrived at the car park and the number plate recognition was not working so had to press for assistance and was told to take a ticket. On departure from the car park the number plate recognition was not working so had to press for assistance again. Although this was resolved straight away it was still frustrating that it happened. Other than that there were no further issues and I would use the service again. "
