  " Every time I have used this Service in Cardiff the number plate recognition has failed and I have had to take a ticket to enter then explain on exit. There is nothing unclear with the number plate on my car. The inbound speaker on the ticket machine is also inaudible. Otherwise, the service is good, convenient and cost effective. "
