  " The ease of finding a place to park when the weather was very poor. What l didn't enjoy was the total confusion of myself and other motorists trying to leave the carpark after flying home , tired and hungry because one of your exit barriers wasn't working properly and there was no sign telling us . "

  " On Saturday 03/03/2018,we arrived at Cardiff Airport to find the site deserted except for the snowdrifts that we had to drive through
  and then haul our cases over.
  My wife and I are both retired Nurses who have in the past walked to our local hospital through the snow!
  Why wasn't there a snowplan put in place.
  I expect either compensation or a parking voucher validated to the end of. S.I.gall ref YLEIH "

  " The ease of it ,only problem we did have was the snow had been cleared off car park (with a machine ) but the steps down to it were lethal if only they had taken a shovel I fell but thankfully no injuries apart from that great service "

  " Well signposted and was lucky to find a space near the entrance right by the awaiting bus. BUT was rather miffed to watch him drive off after he had watched my friend and I get our bags out of the car. He did then let us on once we arrived at the barrier the same time as him!! "
