  " All went exactly as advertised, couldn't have been more straightforward. As a suggestion, it would be useful to put reminders on the booking info and at the car park that drivers should carefully note their parking zone, exact vehicle location and bus stop number before leaving the car park to fly. Newcastle long stay car park would be improved with more signage on the ground in this regard. "

  " The drivers are great, but should park away from the people waiting to get on the bus until the passengers returning are clear with their luggage. Getting back tired all you want to do is get off and get home - but you can't if there are stupid people thronging trying to get their luggage on before yours is off. "

  Did not score higher as not sure why the mileage on the car was 3 miles more than when we left it if the car had only been parked up and moved back to reception ready for us collect? "

  " Did not enjoy the fact that we had to wait a while for the pick up bus then the driver packed far too many people on the bus then drove by our bus stop even when asked to stop. All this at 2.45 am. Will not use or recommend again. "
