  " Last year park and fly disappointed us as we waited for well over mins for a pick up, however this year they were there within mins. There was confusion as 2 different minibuses arrived for different locations, maybe different pick- up points would be better. Also the minibus could have more seats as people were left in the cold whilst the bus transported one group to their cars- maybe have 2 busses when a flight lands and has many people picking their cars up. "
