  " Was busy when we arrived and had to wait a few minutes to check in and then get the transfer but that was unusual. On coming back we were dropped off right next to the car which is great when you’ve got cases. A good experience once again. "

  Improvement is needed with either automatic announcements in bus of next stop number or driver announcement. Most passengers were anxious about their drop off stand number as no announcements made by driver. "
