  " Arriving at the airport Long Stay car park was well signed outside the park, but not inside, and surfaces were poor and potholed. Arriving back at the airport after our holiday at night, there are no signs in the terminal to say where the shuttle buses are, and outside the terminal the bus stop was cordoned off due to roadworks. No one except regular Newcastle customers had any idea where the buses would stop, and we waited 15 minutes to find out. The bus driver, however, was extremely helpful and courteous. "
