  " Excellent service your letter fully explained what to do. Bus service was excellent, I parked the car and no sooner got to bus stop a bus came along. Due to coming back late at night, no problem waiting for bus once I pressed buzzer the bus arrived at terminal to pick us up and take us back to our car. I would recommend the airport parking without hesitation. Thank you. "

  " I have used the car park at Newcastle airport many times and will continue to do so. I find the drivers very helpful - they have lifted my case from car to bus and on return from bus to car as I travel alone. The car is parked near to where the bus drop off is so all very convenient.
