  " Car park direction instructions need to be clearer as no mention of entering a car park area firstly via the barrier gates, we were unsure if this was the correct area, it’s should tell you to enter then proceed to the cabin where you should go in and see the attendant, instructions need to be clearer to avoid any confusion, upon collection of my car the security gates were raised and we were advised just to go when ready whilst we would prefer to see the vehicles in a secured environment, but overall happy with the service received at Newcastle airport. "

  " When we arrive at the car park it was fast and easy and a bus was taking us to the terminal with in minutes. When we arrived back at Newcastle a bus was waiting at the terminal which took us straight to our car and we were on our way home with in no time at all . Excellent service from booking to arriving and departing the car park. "
