  " The closeness to the airport and easy check in was good, however on return to be taken into middle of carpark and dumped no where near our car was a big let down the driver didn't even communicate just dumped the suit cases and drove off, we had to take all our cases back to the office and ask where our car was which was in completely different direction and area from where we were dropped off. I have used many different airparks in the past and never been treated like that and this is an area that really needs to be looked into and improved. "

  " Convenient ly near the terminal, however a small sign telling us that part of the car park was closed (which we didn't see -nor did several other people) meant that the courtesy bus did not want to pick us up from that area, and staff on the intercom were rude and unpleasant. This needs to be addressed. When we came back we just walked to the car park rather than subject ourselves to that. Otherwise it's a good place to park. "
