  " Great way to park at Newcastle airport for Ease of use found the long stay car park easily and left the car park the same way with car safe and unmarked. I prepayed so called at office on the way out of car park to activate parking ticket to lift barrier and away home in 5 minutes "

  " The number plate recognition in place now is a great idea. No need to get out of my car on a cold windy night. Regular buses make parking and getting to the terminal even easier. Use this service all the time now. "

  " Good location of car park and prompt transfer to airport. However, the return transfer could have done with another mini bus as it was extremely busy resulting in quite a lengthy wait at 1:00am "

  " Car is always ready for collection on return from holiday. The shuttle buses need updating. They are very difficult to access. I was very rudely told that there was no pull out step to help access and egress the vehicle on my last trip. Some training on how to deal with clients would be beneficial for some of the staff. "

  " Nightmare at Heathrow meant we were delayed getting back into Newcastle and expected to have to pay for a couple of hours parking and then claim back through the Late Return Cover I'd purchased but the really helpful guy in the office validated the ticket for us , which felt like the first time something had gone right that day ! Great customer service , thankyou to the team at Newcastle "
