  " I would like to pay particular thanks for placing my drone in my vehicle for me when the security said that Tui would not allow it on the flight eventhough there is no reference to this in their terms and conditions. With the support of your staff I would have either missed my flight or had to throw a thousand pound drone in the bin. "
