  " No bus transfer outgoing at 4.00am in the morning no prior notice of this raining my wife is disabled and it was a decent walk not a good start to our Holliday not sure if I will use your service again after years of doing so coming back fine. "

  " Parking is easy as is exiting the car park in the car. The problem (as elderly passengers) we have is moving the cases from the car to the main footpath. The gravel car park is not really good for this and it would be more appreciated if proper walkways were introduced to save having to squeeze around cars or walk a long way to the end of the line to exit. "

  " Most satisfactory I stayed in short stay park. Just take parking ticket keep it safe, on return collect car. Short walk to terminal. Unfortunately all disabled bays which I need were occupied so more of these I think needed !! "

  " I used Airparks short term parking at Newcastle Airport in March.I found everything straightforward,from the booking to the parking and then picking up the car and leaving.In the past I have used Airparks where you leave your keys and get the short transfer to the airport from the car park because it was in my opinion secure where as with short or long term parking the car is left out in the open.I will use short term parking again but would prefer to use the Airparks secure parking for my peace of mind. "

  " OK thanks. But got to say a big hands up to your help button second time in a row couldn't get out. Fist time the machine wanted £237 asked to insert credit card . This time it wanted £715 to allow me out date 3/3/2022. Be using the car park again April this year also June "
