  " The device is good as it is so near the airport but once again they used to have the car waiting at the front of the cabin so we could easily get luggage in when weather is bad but we got soaked as they once again left it over the other side and in the rain we had to take trolleys back "

  " Very close to airport & hotels so it was easy for us to leave the car & walk round to the Premier inn as staying the night before we flew. Also like that you monitor the pick up shelter so we didn't have to phone up for collection. Excellent service. "

  " Fast, efficient and extremely close to the airport. The staff are wonderful even if you struggle to understand the Geordie accent! The drivers always help with lifting suitcases and are courteous & polite. Highly recommended. "
