  Collection could be improved as customers are asked to phone from the courtesy phone in arrivals. We never found that, but phoned by mobile. We then had to go to the end of the car park to pick up the coach. Coach arrived but everyone could not fit in, Had to wait for another coach. "

  " as usual the service was great,,,very friendly staff and the place runs like clockwork,,,i always use airparks when going on holiday,,,the few times ive relied on friends and relatives for lifts to the airport ive always been let down one way or another,,,its much better to have your car parked just down the road from the airport in a airparks secure carpark,,,you just walk out the airport,,,jump on one of their minibuses which will take you the few minutes journey to your car,,,very simple and cheaper than the airport onsite parking...... "
