  " Good all round service, but the phone to use on return is at the extreme far end of the terminal building whilst the pick up point is at the other end of the car park, and it has no shelter for bad weather conditions. This really lets the overall service down "

  The service was second to none and the welcome we got when droping our car of on Christmas morning was so cheerful and being greeted by name was a nice touch. No waiting around to be taken to the airport or being picked up on New Years Day and our car waiting at the gate to be driven away. FANTASTIC Thankyou Airparks "

  " Polite and courteous reception with prompt transfer to the airport . Our return flight was delayed and we were very pleased to find the mini bus at the pick up point as we exited the terminal .
  We have used your facilities at M/C Airport on many occasions but this was our first time using the Newcastle service and were not disappointed . Being able to fly from our local airport was a bonus and your assistance in providing a trouble free and efficient service was invaluable .
  The only comment I would make is that arriving at the International gate ( ex Innsbruck ) it is quite a trek to get to the courtesy phone positioned at the other end of the terminal adjacent to the Domestic exit gate . "
