  " Being able to hands keys over n not look for a parking space.Getting on a comfortable minibus and on return the bus straight there to pick you up by very obliging drivers.your car waiting near the office ready to drive away after picking up your keys. "

  My only small comment is , Why is "the courtesy phone situated in the terminal on the central pillar opposite domestic arrivals" which is at the opposite end of the airport to non-domestic and the bus parking bay + when landing you do not distinguish between arrivals so I was looking in the wrong place "

  " this was our first time and everything went very smoothly, didn't even have to phone for courtesy bus as it was there waiting for us on return. Only down side is the slightly uncomfortable feeling when you have to hand over the keys of a 2 week old new car to a stranger but I guess that will lessen with each good experience. Thank you "
