  " Very straightforward to use. No requirement to queue and pay after a flight, just put the pre-paid ticket in and away you go. "

  " NOT HAPPY - on our return i tried phoning to ask when the next bus was due at the airport bus stop. Despite trying several times no-one responded. Eventually after almost 15 minutes standing in the cold wind and rain the bus did arrive. So much for the 5 minute service. "
