    " we were not driven to our parking area we told driver we were 15 and he huffed at us , it's not our fault we were not parked at a, b or c,etc , we were directed to park at 15 on arrival ,if he didn't like his job plenty would , I'm glad I took photo of parking number because if I'd been in my own I wouldn't have liked been on a empty bus with an annoyed driver, "

    " Nice easy entrance, plenty of spaces though, better signs might make it easier (ie I wasn't aware that you could scan your ticket to open the barriers to car parks so went pretty far round to find a space. On exit was 10 minutes over my time but the lovely guy validated my ticket so I wasn't charged more. Would definitely use again. "

    " The staff and drivers were really friendly and helpful. Very efficient service. We had a bit of a wait for the bus to take us back to our car as the first one was full but we were last out probably with waiting for our bags and a toddler in tow...... "

    " Used your service twice in a week - first time for short stay and it went completely smoothly and extremely efficiently. Second time was for long stay and was not so good. Car registration number recognition did not work so the wrong ticket printed out which meant we had to go to customer services before parking which resulted in us being advised to drive the wrong way down the one way lane after this back to the carparks, and then having to go to customer services again after our trip. Although all sorted promptly by the staff there it was not the hassle-free service paid for. "

    ticket printed with M&S advertising on one side, nearly threw it away by mistake
    ticket does not have an arrow to show which direction to put in the machine - THIS WOULD BE SO EASY TO DO, I had to get out of the car as I got it wrong 3 times and machine didn't just say "turn ticket over". picture on machine showing how to put ticket in is not obvious - just looks like a "put ticket in here" signs, not a ticket with stripe down.
    Machine didn't show how to contact supervisor - had to move car - turns out the sticker showing button had come off/not been stuck on machine, PAINT IT ON
    Left feeling really annoyed "
