  " This was our first time using the meet and greet service. It was very convenient to drop car off and know that it would be parked up safely and securely during our holiday. The service is obviously very popular as there was a little bit of a queue on our return but still worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely use meet and greet again. "

  " Booking in and transport to airport was very good. However, there was total chaos on return: we waited 15 minutes for transport, there was no one in the Bellair office, someone had to come across from Callerton Parking to sort out where our car and keys were then fetch the car from Callerton's car park. What a fiasco!! "

  " System worked well - once we understood we were just parking in the "normal" short stay car park.
  However we had to search for several minutes to find what appeared to be the very last space - would not have been impressed if we had not found that one! "

  " The holiday in Tenerife.The bus picking up from the long stay car parks is not big enough. Both going and returning from the holiday the bus was overcrowded and suitcases blocking the passageway.My partner and I were first off the bus on our return trip and had to struggle to get passed the people and suitcases because people just blocked the passageway instead of putting the luggage in the racks and sitting down on the seats a nightmare for two 70 year old passengers. "

  " So convenient. I pre booked so just collected ticket, parked up and caught shuttle bus within couple of mins. When I arrived home at 2 am bus was at bus stop , took me right to my car and I was out of airport in 5 mins. Thought it was a bit expensive for a weeks parking though. Better value of parking for 2 weeks so think you are penalised if only going away for a week "
