  " Thee times I have parked and on each occasion i could not get out reason at the exit I was told the barrier did not recognise a private number plate. Yet when I booked my last parking I even rang up I was told thar there should be no problem on exit. I know it is not a big problem to go to the gate office but very late at night when it is pouring rain it tests your patience. "

  " When we left the airport building to return to Park and Fly we stood under the shelter in front of the area where we should have stood. We waited 25 mins in the cold before paying for a taxi back to the parking area. We were not inform of the pick-up place clearly enough. "
