  " Straightforward booking process. Easy to enter and find a parking space. Good bus service on arrival. How to improve - had a ten minute wait for the bus on return home, previous experiences are the bus is more regular. We were away for 1 week, during that time the bus shelter numbers were changed without any information to the change given to customers, this led to confusion as to where we were parked on our return. The exit area at Newcastle airport is confusing, it was dark when we departed, there are 4 barrier exits, two for long stay customers, alongside 2 for medium stay customers, this is NOT clearly marked as such other than on closer inspection there is a sticker sign saying so however you are at the barrier before even noticing the signs, cannot reverse to another barrier due to traffic behind can cause mayhem. A sign above the roadway on the approach would simply remove this confusion or make the 4 barriers available for any vehicle whether long stay or medium stay. Other users were similarly confused.
