  " No problem finding the multi storey, barrier lifted on approach, no problem finding a parking spot and on returning the barrier lifted and I drove straight out, would recommend. "

  " We've used jetparks for years but Ringway has been the worst out of all. When we arrived there were no spaces at all and we spent 20 minutes riding around before spotting a family getting off the bus and heading for their car. The driver that took us to the airport was very friendly and helpful and definitely went the extra mile however the driver on the return to the car park was totally the opposite. Also noticed the buses have less luggage space this year which was ridiculous. People were standing at the front to stop their luggage flying up the aisles! "

  " Parking on site parking was easy and straight forward as was the exit.
  It was difficult to adjust the booking to accommodate a change in our flight time.
  The shuttle bus was poorly organised - the driver pulling away before people were seated. The luggage was poorly secured and kept falling out of the rack presenting danger for those on the seats opposite. "

  " Terrible, the bus was there at the stop as we exited the terminal not 20 yards away, We ran with our cases and flagged the driver not to set off, but he ignored us anyway and drove past us, it was a full 40 minutes before the same driver returned to pick us up, We were told back at the depot the other bus doing the loop only went to another terminal because it was full so we were left there all that time. Very expensive and dreadful service!!! "
