  " Ok so I rated it a 5 which by the way is not intended to be a compliment and therefore I’m really unimpressed by your response. The reason I’m disappointed is that we had to wait 45 minutes for our bus to transfer to the airport. The driver explained that you were down a bus because it needed fuelling. Really? That strikes me as poor organisation by your management, we were talking about 9am on a Monday, irrespective you failed to deliver on your promise. A poor service "
