  " We have used Airparks for T2 historically but this time was T3. I would have given 10/10 but there was no advice when I collected my key and no clear instruction that I could see to turn left out of the car park after collecting the car. Turning right is a continuation of the T3 'drop off area' and I now know that you can only leave the drop off area via barriers with a £3 min charge. Turning left would have avoided this. "

  " We now know you are upgrading your meet and greet area at Manchester airport and that will be great for you in the future but you don't expect to come back and find your car was parked at a building site. Car externals was covered dust and all windows could not be seen through, would have gone back down and complained if I wasn't on the top floor of the multi-storey car park....Where's the meet in that!!! "
