  ease of entry/departure through barrier.
  DID NOT LIKE-exit from jp3 onto new completed 'dual'road /cross road junction when needing to turn right. We saw this being built on last visit and wondered how it was going to 'work' safely=our concerns seem to have been born-out. "

  " Friendly customer service at drop off, easy to follow instructions.
  Only negative was the parking space our Range Rover had been parked in was so tight next to the neighbouring car my husband had to climb over from the passenger seat to the drivers side! (Luckily he is not a large gentleman) it then required a 8 point turn to get out of the space.
  This is inconsiderate to stressed out travellers "

  " Did not wait long for bus to car park very efficient as always. Took us an age to exit car park due to airport staff forming two queues at the exit even though they where turning left on to the main road , so holding up all the traffic wanting to turn right. "
