  " The whole experience - as ever - was pleasurable . All smoothly and efficiently run . The ‘9’ would have been ‘10’ had the guy who returned keys on our arrival back in Manchester also given us the token to raise the barrier !! As it was we had a short delay - in the dark and rain - whilst we were able to contact ‘control’ who opened the barrier for us . "
