  " Travelling on business I use the T3 parking regularly, usually find it very convenient and quick. However, on the last occasion it was very difficult in finding a parking space, which took approx 30 mins. Very frustrating. "

  " The T2 west multi storey car park is spacious better than previous arrangements, However last time we visited this car park we made a genuine mistake by putting our return time on the 27th May as 02.00 rather than 14.00 by mistake and was charged £25,I emailed asking for a refund as this was a genuine mistake especially as we entered our return flight number, we recieved no reply. I belive we were therefore ripped off.
  No reply from the carpark authorities is just a sign of arrogance. "

  " Access and exit to car parks really easy. Transfer to terminal via shuttle bus really efficient.
  Surface of the car park could be improved as it’s difficult to wheel large suitcases across to the pick up points and damages the wheels/suitcase. "
