  What I did not enjoy was the fact that the first entrance ( as per your booking instructions) was closed off and there was no indication that there was another manned entrance further past the drop off point. I had to park at the drop off point and luckily the person I asked pointed me in the right direction. You need to make it clearer either on the booking instructions or on any closed off barrier that cars may need to use the second entrance. "

  " The car park itself was fine but the last time I parked at Manchester I think there was only one multi storey car park so I made a mistake and chose T2 West when I was actually flying from T1 which was a bit stress inducing.
  You ask for flight details - it would be good to have some thing which advises that you have a closer car park to the correct terminal - I saw other people who looked as if they’d made the same mistake.
  Also it would be helpful to have more info on your site about disabled parking - we had a wheelchair user with us - but we have to take the blue badge on holiday with us - so don’t know what that means in terms of using a disabled space in the air parks car park. We’ve always avoided the disabled bays as a result but normal bays don’t leave enough space for accessing the vehicle. "
