  " The convenience of ANPR for entry and exit was good.
  The lack of toilets is a downside especially with the current traffic delays around Manchester Airport.
  The fact that the driver picked us up went to the next terminal and then promptly got out of the vehicle and left us the only passengers on the bus without telling us anything, not even acknowledging that we were there because it was the end of his shift. We were just left for 10 minutes not knowing what was happening. "

  " The simplicity of booking online, arriving at the carpark barrier, the bus back to the airport and the bus back at the end of our stay. The only problem I had was the automatic number plate recognition on entry to the carpark didn't work for me and I had to use the call button and was given a token to use on the way out. Would book here again. "

  " It was not the meet and greet I have had from other airports where the car is actually brought to you, I had to get to level 13 of a multi storey car park where the ramps were so small whilst leaving it was quite difficult to navigate having a big car, it was very close to railings and kerbs. "

  " The whole process was very easy from start to finish. I was able to follow my sat nav instructions from the supplied post code. On arrival I was able to ask a member of staff what I needed to do as I hadn’t use the facility before. I was given a ticket telling me what I needed to do on arrival back from my holiday and I didn’t have to wait long before being collected from the airport. I was given my key and told where my car was. I would definitely use this facility again. "
